"Fasting to Feel Good" is different from any other coaching program. Heather combines fasting education, community support, and coaching so that you are clear on how to reach your goals. She makes sure to cover all aspects of health: body, mind and soul.

First, we know that diets don't work. Delete everything you have ever known about diets and dieting! Then imagine a different way..... fasting works on a hormonal level and is a natural process for your body. No more focusing on calories or the scale! Weight loss and health here we come!

Fasting To Feel Good is a natural and intuitive coaching program where Heather will give you the tools to shed weight and improve your overall health in a way that feels good.

You go at a pace that feels easy for you, and you choose the foods you eat during your eating window. You will be fully supported with lots of education, community support and expert guidance from Heather, a registered nurse.

Program Features

Coaching Made Simple To Fit With Your Life

Healthy and sustained fat loss is possible with fasting - this is not a diet. Fasting to Feel Good starts as a one month coaching group and class so that you understand the reasons you are fasting while feeling super supported. You will be part of a community of others on the same journey - everyone going at their own pace. There is no rush, and you will never feel pressured to do more than what feels good to you.

The first 4 week program (the Fasting to Feel Good Intro) will help understand the path to achieve the results you are looking for, while going at a pace that feels right to you. We focus on why we are fasting, how to eat the foods you love while supporting your blood sugar (and reaching your goals), the benefits of all the different types of fasting, and so much more! Fasting is about self love and learning how to find balance so that you can continue to eat the foods that are important to you. Fasting is not a punishment - Heather believes that food is meant to be enjoyed, fasting is the tool that helps you love food and teaches you to pause from it for the time that works for you so that fat loss and better health are your future.

After the first month, for those who want to continue with deeper knowledge and ongoing support, there is the Fasting to Feel Good Club. This is a month to month option where you don't have to make big commitments - health should feel good.

Fat loss is best achieved at a steady pace, not a big whoosh like the diet industry wants you to believe. In this program you will steadily lose fat and you will learn all the tools to maintain it with ease. The month to month option is there for you to keep up motivation and the beautiful community support!

Coaching

Weekly group coaching via zoom is here to help keep you motivated, stick to your goals, and to gently hold you accountable. Coaching is the support we all need to change our habits while making this new lifestyle fun. Private coaching calls offered in conjunction if you desire additional support for your unique health and medical needs.

Unlimited Group Texting

24/7 texting via WhatsApp is where you connect with everyone in the group and get all your questions answered between coaching calls. You are always supported in Fasting to Feel Good! A question comes up mid-week? No problem, Heather is here to support you! You will never be alone on your journey. Plus you will get motivation during the week as well as additional resources to support your success. Heather promises a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Education

Each week you will have LIVE education about fasting, your body and so much more. Calls will be recorded in case you miss a session or so that you can rewatch on your own time. Diets haven't worked for the majority of us- we are still unhealthy as a society. Fasting isn't a diet, and you will learn all about why it is different and how to support your unique body.

In Fasting to Feel Good, you will learn to listen to your body, learn not to fear food, and learn to think about yourself and food differently.

The goal is to take the mystery out of fat loss so that you feel in control of your body and so you understand how it works. You will gain a full tool kit: you will receive handouts, videos, and worksheets so that you have everything you need to be successful on your journey!

You Will Be Supported by a Registered Nurse

You will have the support of Heather, a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience in healthcare. She will be working as a health coach in this setting, however, she brings all of her knowledge to the table in Fasting to Feel Good.

Heather understands complex medical issues, symptoms, medications and the fear around health. No topic is taboo here- she has heard and seen it all. Heather is here to support you no matter where you are on your health journey and promises a supportive and no judgment environment open to all.

Community

Being part of a community creates connection and helps us learn about ourselves. We learn when we share our experiences with others who are going through similar challenges. You will never be alone! Clients have loved getting to know each other and supporting each other - community is magic.

Starting in 2025 Heather has created an in-person mixer for all clients to meet each other outside of the digital space.

Community is extra important with fasting as many people have judgements around it. Often family, friends, and coworkers can think fasting is strange; they may even worry about you. Having a community of others who are also starting to feel better in their bodies is one of the best parts of the program. Together we can do anything!

Food Is A Part Of Life and Our Bodies Deserve Love

Heather believes that enjoying food is a part of the life experience and focuses on how you can love food while supporting your health and unique body. She has many tricks so that you can eat foods that are important to you without the guilt. Fasting naturally balances hunger hormones and many find pretty quickly that cravings become less strong or go away completely.

Fasting to Feel Good is a program that focuses on self love and understanding. Your body is amazing and once you learn how to work with it anything is possible. One aspect of the program is learning to listen to your body so that you can work with it
