"Fasting to Feel Good" is different from any other coaching program. Heather combines fasting education, community support, and coaching so that you are clear on how to reach your goals. She makes sure to cover all aspects of health: body, mind and soul.

You go at a pace that feels easy for you, and you choose the foods you eat during your eating window. You will be fully supported with lots of education, community support and expert guidance from Heather, a registered nurse.

This program is 6 months long so that you achieve the results you are looking for, while going at a pace that feels right to you, and so that you are truly able to make fasting a part of your new lifestyle. Weight loss is best achieved at a steady pace, not a big whoosh like the diet industry wants you to believe. In this program you will steadily lose weight and you will learn all the tools to maintain it with ease. 6 months is enough time to both see results and incorporate this new lifestyle into your daily routine - all while being completely supported on your journey.
Weekly group coaching to help keep you motivated, stick to your goals, and hold you accountable. Coaching is the support we all need to change our behavior and it makes doing something new fun. Private coaching calls offered in conjunction if you desire additional support for your unique health and medical needs. You can choose the level of support and price-point you desire.
24/7 texting via Telegram, where you can connect with everyone in the group and get all your questions answered between coaching calls. This way you are always supported. A question comes up mid-week? No problem, I am here to support you! You will never be alone on your journey. Plus you will get motivation during the week as well as additional resources to support your success. We promise to make this fun!
Each week you will have LIVE education about fasting, your body and so much more. Calls will be recorded in case you miss a session or so that you can rewatch on your own time.What we have been told hasn't worked- we are still unhealthy as a society. Now, we will start to listen to our bodies, learn not to fear food, and learn to think about ourselves differently. The goal is to take the mystery out of health so that you feel in control of your body and so you understand why it works. You will gain a full tool kit: you will receive handouts, and worksheets so that you have everything you need to be successful on your journey!
You will have the support of Heather, a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience in healthcare. She will be working as a health coach in this setting, however, she brings all of her knowledge to the table in Fasting to Feel Good. Heather understands complex medical issues, symptoms, medications and the fear around health. No topic is taboo here. Heather is here to support you no matter where you are on your health journey.
Being part of a community creates connection. We learn when we share our experiences with others who are going through similar challenges. You aren't alone! Clients have loved getting to know each other and supporting each other - community is magic.
You will hear from expert guest speakers with specialized knowledge. The goal is open doors for you to view health in a new way. There are so many ways to care for ourselves and seeing different tools and ways of thinking is vital to finding the approach that will work best for you!
Integration (meaning applying what you have learned into your life) is an essential part of the healing process. You will be guided through the integration process to improve your health in a way that works for you - this way fasting will become a part of your life, this is not a fad, or a diet: fasting is a lifestyle. With this program you will truly learn to shift the way you eat, view food and view your health.
This is your time to dream big about your health and your life!! Some choose to work with a small amount of magic mushrooms or cannabis during this time, the choice is yours! The intention is to really know why you are fasting and enrolled in this program. You will learn how to work with ceremony and manifestation so that you have an extra boost to your goals.
You can choose to have additional private coaching calls if you feel you would benefit from individualized support.
Both options will give you access to group coaching calls and all program features listed above.
If you choose to have private coaching calls you can choose from 1 or 2 calls a month, or purchase additional coaching as needed.
