  • 3 LIVE ZOOM CALLS - TUESDAYS May 6, 13, 20th @ 5pm Pacific

  • You will learn the basics of fasting, tools to help when you do eat (and yes you can eat carbs!), and ways to take your fasting progress forward.

  • 24/7 What's app group texting so that you can have all your questions answered in real time

  • A community of other fasters - you will have lots of support by Heather and the community

  • Once you complete 21 Days of Fasting you will be eligible to sign up for the Fasting to Feel Good Club where you can continue with our fasting community so that you can keep up your momentum with amazing support!

  • Food guidance and Chat GPT prompts so you can create mela plans that work for you so that you know how to best support your body during fasts (while also getting to eat yummy nourishing FOOD!)

Feel compared to others progress: we don’t talk about how much weight we each lose, we focus on how you feel, how your clothes fit & how much energy you have!

Count calories!!! Calories are the old way, & they don’t make sense. Fasting is about insulin levels & that is the way to weight loss. 

Waste lots of time & energy on “dieting rules”, instead we focus on hours fasting & how you feel.

Fasting is NOT a diet! We are taking away all that old stress & making life easy for you. You will have more free time. You will spend less time cooking, eating & cleaning dishes!

Waste lots of money on diet products! All you need is some apple cider vinegar & salt! You are going to save money as you aren’t eating as much as you are eating now. The money you normally spend on food will be diverted to the cost of this program; you will fast, save money & spend it instead on support & learning this new lifelong tool.

Miss your favorite foods! No food is off limits!!! You may choose to eat differently during the program, but you choose & do it in a way that feels good.
