Fasting to Feel Good

Hi, I'm Heather

A registered nurse (and late diagnosed AuDHDer) who left healthcare because, after it failed me, I could no longer be in a system that makes money off of people staying sick — symptoms covered with medications.

Heather Gosliner, RN, MSN, PHN

My mission is to teach people everything I've learned to permanently lose fat, improve mental health, and feel good in their bodies the natural way. We have so much control over how we feel — we just need the tools, the support, and the community to get there.

Heather's story

Heather spent nearly 20 years as a nurse case manager across some of medicine's most demanding areas — HIV/AIDS, palliative care, emergency medicine, pediatric hematology, genetics, and more. She spent those years helping others while quietly struggling with her own health issues and a relationship with her body that felt like a life sentence, no matter how many diets or "willpower" fixes she tried.

Desperate to find a solution she started to search for why she was sick in the first place. What was the root cause? Fasting was the first thing she discovered that actually worked, as a way of listening to her body - not fighting it. Paired with psychedelic medicine, they changed her health and how she saw healing itself. Having found true healing outside traditional healthcare, she couldn't continue working inside a system that profited from keeping people sick and medicated. So she left in order to build something better.

She now helps humans reclaim their health using the same tools that transformed hers: fasting, psychedelic medicines, and nervous system work. She created "Fasting to Feel Good" to guide people into a sustainable fasting lifestyle, and has expanded her work to include micro- and mini-dosing to dissolve the emotional blocks that keep healing out of reach, while bringing a little sparkle to life.

Heather especially loves working with people who are ADHD/neurodivergent, whether diagnosed or simply people who've always suspected their brain runs differently, carrying shame, overwhelm, scattered thoughts, or that quiet sense of not having enough willpower. She knows this world firsthand, as a neurodivergent person herself. Many of her clients are also navigating chronic illness, weight or metabolic challenges, and/or addictions to food or substances.

Her passion is helping people love who they are. Her practice allows them to feel confident, in control of their brains and bodies, and full of potential rather than weakness. She doesn't believe in willpower, struggle, or restriction; instead, she teaches people how to work with their cravings and desires in ways that nourish the body and brain rather than fight it. She wants her clients to experience the same joy she found in reclaiming her own body: strength, power, beauty, and a life lived fully, not just managed.

This fall she launches FEEL GOOD — a full integration of all three modalities — rooted in her belief that health is holistic, taking care of yourself can be fun, and that healing happens in community: no one should have to do it alone.
