The mission at Fasting to Feel Good

Heather's mission is to help people find true health. Often that starts with weight loss, however total health also begins with reducing inflammation, healing the gut and reversing insulin resistance.

That is where fasting comes in……. If you're looking for a holistic and natural approach to weight loss and better health, then you've come to the right place! Heather is here to support you with all your health and weight loss goals.

Not only does fasting help you lose weight, it heals you from the inside out, while reducing inflammation and reversing insulin resistance. How about that?!?

Heather works with clients to create an intentional fasting practice so that you are clear on your health goals and are able to meet them in a way that works with your unique body and lifestyle. Once your goals are clear, you will learn how and why to fast so that you lose weight, prevent disease, and feel good in your body and your brain.

Fasting is more than just a trend—it is the oldest medicine going back to the days Ben Franklin, Aristotle, and even as far back as cavemen! In fact, we wouldn't have survived as a species without fasting. It is literally in our DNA!

Heather is all about empowering you to charge of your own health, and feeling happy and in control while doing so! Heather believes that a healthy body is one that has energy, feels happy and doesn't need the bandaids of multiple medications.

Heather is here to help you integrate fasting into your life in a way that feels right for you. You get to be the boss of this process (with Heather as your expert guide)! Fasting is a lifestyle and Heather will help guide you in how to make it work for your unique life - but with your rules!

Each client starts with very short fasts and extends their fasts as they feel ready. The goal is to FEEL GOOD! Fasting shouldn't be painful, or difficult, no one wants you to suffer! You will learn to listen to the messages from your own body and learn to know what it is asking for. Yes, your body is always talking to you, you just gotta learn to listen.
